Mesay Gebresilasse

Mesay is an Assistant Professor of Economics at Amherst College. Mesay’s areas of specialization are development economics and applied microeconomics, particularly in the sources of underdevelopment and the role of policy in structural transformation and historical origins of contemporary economic development and political outcomes.
