Manzoor Hussain Dar joined IRRI in June, 2009. He has been coordinating research, seed upscaling and dissemination related activities in stress-prone rainfed lowlands of South Asia, focusing on promotion of stress tolerant rice varieties through multiple partnerships. Dr. Dar has a Ph.D in Agriculture and has a work experience of 10 years including various organizations engaged in Agricultural Research & Extension.
