Karin Mason

Karin is an intern with the agricultural programs at CEGA, working on the Agricultural Technology Adoption Initiative (ATAI) as well as the Digital Agricultural Innovations and Services Initiative (DAISI). Karin is currently pursuing a Master of Development Engineering at UC Berkeley, focusing on community-based ecosystem stewardship and sustainable design innovations. Prior to arriving at Berkeley and CEGA, Karin worked for the European Commission in Brussels, Belgium, where she contributed to the multilingual dissemination of EU research, policies and projects. She has also previously held positions as an Environmental and Agricultural Affairs Assistant with a social enterprise in Mexico City, and various communication roles in the non-profit and higher education sectors in Ireland. She holds a BA in Applied Languages from the University of Limerick, Ireland.
