Karen Macours

Karen Macours is a professor at the Paris School of Economics and researcher at INRA and Co-Chair of J-PAL’s Health Sector. Her current research focuses on conditional cash transfer programs, early childhood development, rural poverty, and agriculture. Karen earned her PhD from the University of California, Berkeley.
